The LignoEnergy division of the alera GmbH offers exclusively these technologies worldwide. The supply of plant is complemented by engineering services, plant analysis and training.

CyDesign
Properly designed and manufactured tangential cyclones offer a cost effective way to separate solids from gases with high efficiency. Tangential cyclones are robust and virtually maintenance free.
After many years of designing, manufacturing and installing of cyclones we have developed enhancement technologies such as dry spray agglomeration or dust skimming to further improve cyclone performance. We also offer design licenses and know how transfer.

Burner Max
The BurnerMax measures and controls the oxygen content of flue gases from combustion processes. If too much air is supplied to a combustion plant, the flue gas volume increases unnecessarily and too much latent heat is released with the flue gases to the atmosphere. Therefore energy and hence fuel is wasted.
If not enough air is supplied to the combustion process, the combustion becomes incomplete with the result of emmission of smoke and unburned hydrocarbons.
