The main components of our hot gas generator with thermal oil heater and fluidised bed firing are:
- Fluidised bed with bed section of variable size for part load operation
- Fluidised bed thermal oil heater with low gas velocity
- Refractory lined combustion chamber for complete burn out even with difficult fuels and under part load condition
- Integrated particulate removal and recirculation and NOx reduction
With the fluidised bed combustion system according to the LignoFluid principle, it is possible to control the hot gas heat and the thermal oil heat independently of each other.
The hot gas temperature can be maintained even under part load conditions. We are designing and building fluidised bed combustion plant for many years and especially because of ever increasing costs of commercial fuel and the increasing demands for environmental plant operation, this technology enjoys an increasing demand.
