About Us
For more than 25 years we provide advanced systems for energy plant for the wood based panel industry. The first commercial installations based on the LignoEnergy design including grate firing and dust / oil burners were realised 1981 for Glunz AG in Triangel and 1986 for Kronospan in Sandebeck, Germany. Following this, a number of installations were successfully concluded in many countries, often in cooperation with local partners, to ensure minimum requirement for foreign currency. We have optimised existing energy plant, especially for the wood based panel industry. This included retrofits for the improvement of plant availability and increase in capacity as well as operator training.
Additionally, Alera GmbH offers the in house CyDesign cyclone technology with licensees currently in Europe, South Africa, Singapore, China and India. The LignoEnergy division of the Alera GmbH offers exclusively these technologies worldwide. The supply of plant is complemented by engineering services, plant analysis and training. Based on this experience, clients in the panel industry can benefit from many years of experience in design, operation, optimisation and troubleshooting of energy plant.
