Note: voltage selection (standard 220 V) is done at works. The required voltage must be specified in the order.


Power Supply:

Switch mode power supply for high efficiency of conversion and low heat release. 12 V DC circuit for sensor heating is completely isolated from 5 V DC microprocessor supply.


Display:

16 digit backlight display alphanumerical 13 x 6 mm size with adjustable contrast. Software configurable indication of measured values (O2, CO2, Temp [°C or F]), analogue inputs and outputs, controller values, error logs and diagnostic parameters.


Function Control:

6 LEDs, Fail save (normally closed) function relay 250 V 10 A AC / 500 V insulation (fused 8 Amp), relay only opens when all values are in the allowable range.


Configuration:

With keypad or PC Connection RS 232 / RS 485.


Relay Outputs:

2 switch over relays 250 V 10 A AC, as high / low alarm or as 3 point controller with hysterese software configurable.


Sensor Heating:

Constant 12 V sensor heating supplied by switch mode power supply for long sensor lifetime.


Sensor Signal:

Insulated through optocoupler.


Temperature Signal:

Insulated through optocoupler - Cold Junction IC. Display as Celsius or Fahrenheit.


Analog Input:

0-20 mA / 4-20 mA software configurable - 60 Ohm Impedance - with 440 Ohm resistor use as 0 - 10 V Input possible. Insulated through optocoupler. Signal can be used as input signal from existing air to fuel ration controller to be trimmed in add on control mode. Signal can also be used for external setpoint adjustment. (Software configurable).


Analog Output:

0-20 mA / 4-20 mA software configurable - internal 12 V DC supply (source) - with 500 Ohm resistor use as 0 - 10 V Output. Insulated through optocoupler. Software configurable as measured value, PI Controller output, Add on PI controller output. Signal can be inverted and addon level can be limited.


Mikroprocessor Software:

Software with extensive configuration and diagnostic functions. Data Logging interval selectable. At 60 s interval ca. 4 weeks data storage. Storage of: Date / Time / Temp [°C or F]) / Analog Input / O2 (CO2 calculated). RS 232 Port PC communication - Insulated through optocoupler - 9600/19200 Bps configurable. RS 484 Port PC communication - Insulated through optocoupler - 9600/19200 Bps configurable - up to 32 units (addressable) can be connected over one twisted pair cable in series to one PC (RS 485 input devise necessary).


Windows Software:

Comprehensive software package for online trending, data download, configuration and calibration and diagnosis. needs Win 95/98/NT4/2000/XP.


DDE Driver:

Windows software for dynamic data exchange with other Windows based programs (Excel, Word, Access, Wonderware etc).
